1、工作流程：手工放棉、自動(dòng)折棉、自動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)向、自動(dòng)裝袋、空袋檢測(cè)、自動(dòng)壓袋、成品收集；

2、折棉方式：根據(jù)客戶(hù)要求定制；

3、放棉皮帶可變頻調(diào)速；

4、機(jī)器前端設(shè)置有放棉平臺(tái)，放棉輕松、快捷，放棉速度可輕易達(dá)到2000片/小時(shí)以上；

5、雙頭獨(dú)立控制，可隨意控制其中一組的關(guān)閉，

6、帶有不良品報(bào)警，剔除功能，帶有空袋檢測(cè)功能，可確保成品中沒(méi)有空袋；

7、選配收集皮帶，可設(shè)定袋數(shù)，方便收集；

8、PLC+液晶觸摸屏控制操作，可以觸摸屏上輕松設(shè)定參數(shù)，產(chǎn)量和出錯(cuò)信息清晰直觀；

3. Inverter controlled facial mask sheet feeding belt, speed adjustable；

4. With facial mask sheet table for convenient and fast feeding the sheets, speed up to more than 2000pcs/hour；

5. Separate control for two folding units, could turn off either of the folding unit, One button switch between ；

6. With defective products alarm and reject function, with bag checking function to ensure no empty bag in thefinished products；

7. Optional collecting belt , could set production amount, for easy collection；

8. PLC and touch screen control system, easy to view the working status and friendly for operation；
